I reciently reinstalled Plex on a new Windows Server. My files/photos are all on a home synology nas. When I go to update the libraries, it doesn’t find the most recient photos that have been uploaded to the synology drive. The odd thing is it still sees all the old photos in the same folder along with the videos. Is there a setting or something to check? I did a fresh install of Plex on the new Windows server. It found everything that it was supposed to except the brand new photos. Thank you for any assistance.
First thing I always check on a linux-based file system is file permissions. Make sure that the permissions on the new files are the same as the old files.

I did check that and everything looks good. Plus, Plex is pulling the photos from the same directory, just nothing from the past week. It’s very odd.
I think I see the issue. Photo’s are in HEIC format.
