Missing files, mostly photos

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#: 4.121.1

New to Plex, just bought the PlexPass and installed it on my Synology 216+II running DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 6. I was using the Synology apps (Video, Music, and Photos) before. I had problems getting Plex to detect media initially and ended up moving my movies to a new folder Movies, my other videos to Videos, and Photos to Media\Photos. The Videos and Photos folders are also organized by year and month.

The problem is that Plex isn’t showing all the photos regardless of how many times I scan. If I look in File Station it shows 123 items in the 2023\12 folder but Plex shows 8. Plex doesn’t even show the folders for March, August, September, or November.

The permissions are set on the Media folder, and copied down to subfolders and files. I’ve restarted the Synology, optimized the database, and ran several scans. And I’m out of ideas.

Any thoughts?
TIA

Wasn’t sure if I should attach the full zip of logs or just specific logs but looks like I should attach them all.

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

I’ve moved the 2022 and 2023 folders out from Media\Photos and PMS recognizes that they don’t exist, but if I move e.g. 2023\12 back and rescan it still doesn’t detect the full contents.

I’m contemplating renaming all the photos for those two years and prefixing with YY-MM to see if that helps but that’s a task I’d rather not have to do.
