Just updated my PLEX player for Shield TV to the new version -with the new UI- and my home screen is broken (see attached photo). Everything works when I click on More + and navigate to my PLEX server. Please can you fix it?
Similar happened to me after last update. Rebooting the Shield fixed it for me.
Reset Home to Automatic - should fix it.

actually i didnt notice all your librarys also had the ! next to them
maybe clear the data on your plex app, and resign back in?
I have the same problem. Reboot did not resolve it yet I can get to certain shows from the shield home screen

I have been able to solve the problem by logging out and logging in again. After this, the home screen was back.

I had to reset all my home screen customisations by clicking on the three vertical dots next to my home icon and then “Reset all customisations”. I also followed @dan-the-man advice and set the home screen management to automatic.

Open the Plex app (for Android TV) and to the left of the Home icon there are three vertical dots. Click on the dots–>Edit Home Screen–>Manage Home Automatically.
