Plex app (iOS) just get updated to new version… I use Plex only for my personal music libraries and now I can’t see my libraries at all???
Is this new app some april fools joke or what??

The latest Plex iOS update (2025.10.1) is completely broken. I’m using Plex on Windows (version 1.41.5.9522), and ever since the update, I can’t cast to AirPlay or Chromecast anymore. Plus, the option to cast to Google Home is just… gone. Honestly, this is the worst update yet. So frustrating!
While I’m with you on the frustrated side of things… if you use Plex for music only, you can (and should) use Plexamp, which is actually a great app.
Last time I checked Plexamp was missing critical (to me) features like searching synced content while offline.

Yes I use PlexAmp and it’s brilliant (ie for carplay). But I still want one app for my house use like plex was before..
This opens up an opportunity to test Music Assistant..
