New Plex Movie Agent - Genres are in a Foreign Language / No IMBD Ratings

For the last few weeks, probably since around the time new Plex Movie Agent was introduced, when adding new movies, genres are either not added, or added in arabic titles instead of English. IMDB ratings are also no longer being collected.

I have tried Fix Match thinking maybe this is just a bug with the new Movie Agent but every other agent is causing a similar issue. When choosing Plex Movie Legacy in Fix Match, I noticed that English is not the default choice (its Bahasa Indonesia - eg 1st language option). I changed it to United Kingdom but makes no difference. Previously this would always be United Kingdom.

The new Plex Movie Agent has no configurable settings so presume its getting it’s country defaults/language etc from the main settings config. This is in contrast to the Plex Movie Legacy Agent where you could configure coutry defaults etc.

Have deleted the following with no success.
Plug in Support / Cache
Plug in Support / Metadata Combination
Plug in Support / Data

Basically followed this Plex guide to reset Metadata agents:

Still no IMDB ratings though. Wonder have Plex removed this option. Can no longer choose which rating (IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes etc) you want to use like with the Legacy agent.
