New Plex Movie Agent not showing up in settings

Hi all, I am trying to enable automatic collections for the new Plex Movie agent/scanner. My library is set to use the new agent. I do not see anything below collections in the library edit.

So I go into the Agents section of settings and I find that there is only Plex Movie Legacy and not the new agent. What am I doing wrong?

The order does seem a bit confusing, it would be right above your second screenshot showing the ratings source (you will need to do the Refresh All Metadata after changing it):

Did you save the library settings after switching to the new agent?
I’m not sure if the options change immediately when you change the agent or only after saving that update.

The new agent doesn’t even show up in the settings. There would be no way to enable collections from the scanner page.

You access it via the Manage Library menu such as in your 1st 2 screen shots. They have said that it will not be available in the Agents screen IIRC (there was a bug where it did show, but was empty or unavailable).

Thanks for your help. Refreshed metadata and restarted my server after enabling in the manage library section. It worked after that.

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT’S HOLY REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR SUPPORT PAGE!!!

It is literally impossible for your PMS to look like this. “Plex Movie” is only listed as “(Legacy)” on this page. After nuking my plug-ins and deleting caches, I find this article that says it’s by design (bug?).

Please update this image to look like what PMS users will ACTUALLY see on their servers.
