Plex movies and tv agents are missing

when i go into my media server settings, and go to agents, i’m missing the new plex movies agent (not legacy). but my library is on the new one. i cant change the settings of the new one and i plex wont add new subtitles to my movies. the same thing happens to the tv section.

this happens on plex media server in wd my cloud home NAS but also on plex media server in windows.
please help my find a solution…

The server wide agent settings (Settings > [Server Name] > Agents) only apply to the legacy agents. The current-generation Plex agents are configured per library (⋮ > Manage Library > Edit... → Advanced).

so how can i add opensubtitles to scan and configure my movies automatically?
