I switched over my movie libraries to the new agent/scanner combo and it works really quick so that’s nice but I noticed that even after doing a full metadata refresh none of my movies have a critic rating if I try to sort by that metric, will this be getting added soon?
I do have IMDB selected in the agent settings for ratings.

IMDB ratings are from normal people. Plex recently added the ability to sort by Audience Rating - give that a try.
That sorts them I guess but there still is no rating to see. What’s the point of configuring it to pull IMDB for ratings if it doesn’t even show them.
I use the ratings a lot when randomly picking movies so if that’s gone then I won’t be using this agent/scanner for long.
Sorry, poor reading comprehension on my part. Fair point. A sorted list with no values isn’t very “sorted” anyway.
I just changed my test library from Rotten Tomatoes to IMDB, refreshed one item, and immediately got results.
Is it possible that your Plex is still doing other “Refresh Metadata”, and hasn’t gotten around to refreshing for your sources since changing to IMDB? I’m not sure how it works, but there’s definitely a semi-invisible queueing system for those jobs.
You could restart Plex, give it a moment to settle, and refresh metadata on just one movie to check.
Otherwise I’m not sure, and it might be time to share logs.
