I’m using the latest scanner and agent for movies and ratings source of IMDb. When I go into my movie library and sort by audience rating I’m noticing the sort is only applying to about a third of my movie library. The rest (movies #141-446) are just sorted by alphabetical order.
I’m not sure what is separating the movies that are being sorted versus the ones that are in alphabetical. Pretty much all of my movies have a visible IMDb rating. I am seeing this sort issue on the web client and Android TV.
Have you tried to Refresh Metadata of the affected movies?
Could you take a look at the Plex mediainfo XML of an affected movie?
See if you can find a XML property called <Field locked=".../> in there.
If you do, please tell exactly what it says.
Oof, refreshing the 290 or so movies seems to have fixed. I guess I didn’t think that’d make a difference since they all seemed to have working IMDb ratings already. Thanks!
