New "Program Guide" Section is Blank

When the change from “Live TV” to “Program Guide” happened, all I get now is a blank screen when selecting this. It previously worked when it was “Live TV” and still works on the Web App.

Could you get me Apple TV and PMS logs?

We’ve seen this happen only once, but haven’t been able to reproduce the issue. If this is happening to you consistently we’d love to get as much data as possible to try to figure out what’s going on.

I’ll get you those logs tonight when I return home. And it’s 100% all of the time that it is blank so it’s not hard to reproduce on my end. :slight_smile:

I deleted my 4 HD Homerun Primes and added them back in, now everything is working like it used to work.

I am getting an empty programming guide on v1.14.1.5488 (ubuntu 18.04 desktop vm) every time I reboot PMS VM since this update came out. I have to delete the DVR, reboot the system and reinstall the DVR. At the next reboot it is gone again. If I refresh it says it is doing it but it flies by very quickly and remains empty.
