I’m trying Plex out for a month and for about the past two-weeks the DVR has worked well - recording shows and browse the program guide.

Today the program guide is empty displaying the following:
The Program Guide is empty
Please verify your channel mappings and refresh the Program Guide

I have verified the channel mappings, rescanned the channels, refreshed the program data (including the non-advanced option), deleted the DVR and added everything back - but still have an empty program guide.

I have searched the forums and it seems many people have had this problem in the past and I followed a few suggestions but did not find an answer that worked for me.

Any guidance on what I could try would be appreciated.

Delete the DVR. stop PMS. Start PMS. go in and click ‘add’ and try to set it up again, see if that helps.

The DVR function was great for months. Over the past few weeks, this empty EPG has happened many times. I have deleted the DVR and started over. That worked for a couple weeks and the problem re-appeared. Seems like this should be a priority for Plex to fix. It is too painful to find that shows have not been recorded and I have to redo the who DVR!
