New server search function is broken

The new search function only displays a dropdown and every time I hit [Enter] key it reverts to old search and will not open all searches. How do we enable the normal search function to open a search page?? If there is no option, PLEASE RESTORE this basic functionality!

Plex Web's new search - some feedback and issues

Today I made the fatal mistake of updating my Windows Plex app (and not Plex Server) to the new search feature.
