As it is Currently to add items to a playlist:
Step 1. Locate the media: Navigate to your Plex library through your browser or a Plex client (e.g., on a TV or mobile device).
Step 2. Find the item: Locate the movie or TV show you want to add to the playlist.
Step 3. Open the menu: Hover over the poster art and click the three dots that appear.
Step 4. Add to playlist: Select “Add to Playlist” from the dropdown menu.
Step 5. Create or choose: If you don’t have a playlist, create a new one by following the prompts. If you do, select the playlist you want to add the item to.
Step 6. Confirm: The item will now be added to your chosen playlist.
Step 5 currently adds the item to the end of the playlist. ONLY!!!
and if your playlist has more than 200 items in it…the playlist is NOW UNEDITABLE!!
PROPOSED NEW STEP
Between Step 5 & 6 offer the user TO CHOOSE WHERE in the playlist the item goes!
ie: "Insert new item…: @ item # " or “Insert new item… @ end”
RATIONALE
My Star Wars chronological order playlist is a glorious 9 DAYS. 421 items. I would like to add Andor season 2 to it, but cannot! Because when I do, the items go to the end of the playlist and now there is no way to edit playlists that are that large. And the old method available required moving each item individually, scrolling hundreds of items,
Please, please, PLEASE make this happen
