New to Plex, error loading my first library

I just installed Plex for the first time and tried uploading a new library under the Movies category, but after selecting the folder on my HDD and clicking ADD LIBRARY, it seemed to scan for a bit then show up with a clickable folder called ‘Movies’ but when I click on it, it only shows “There was an unexpected error loading this library. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems.”

I tried again with a different folder that only contained one movie file and I edited the name as recommended prior to adding this library but I still get the same error.

I’ve tried to attach the server log below…hope it works.
