Hello there,
I came across Plex yesterday and installed the media server on my PC. I was able to access the web app and view my media from my PS4, PS3, iPad and iPhone using a web browser.
However, today only the PS4 and PS3 are able to access the server. My Apple devices cannot. This is confusing me, because they are all operating on the same wifi network.
When I go into Server > Connect I see one checkmark and the message
"Signed in to Plex
You have successfully signed your server in to Plex, but we were unable to reach it from outside your network."
Is anyone able to advise what might have gone wrong? Thanks in advance for taking the time to assist. :)
