CBS added more channels today and it shows up but i cannot add in settings shows 15 enabled out of 19. channels

If your physical lineup has changed, you will need to remove and readd your tuner to pick up the changes.
it shows the channels it looks like Plesk does not know of the new channels on the right side of the drop down it does not show 3.3 and so on just 3.1 and 3.2.
Sounds like there’s no guide information for that channel yet. I imagine it will come very soon.
