After recent changes to DTT muxes here in the UK, I have attempted to rescan channels (for the WinTV-quadHD board, a rescan is required twice (one for each pair of tuners)). However, on the left-hand Tuner Channels column, the new channels are not appearing and changes to channel names are not updating. The right-hand EPG Channels column is up-to-date with the most recent changes (EPG Location: Freeview (148 channels)).
Examples of this are: BBC Four HD / CBeebies HD, GB News, EarthxTV and TalkTV not appearing; 4Music becoming E4 Extra (still named 4Music on tuner channel listings), Horror becoming Legend and CBS Drama becoming Reality Xtra. These new channels and changed channel names are reflected on the WinTV software however not on Plex.
I’ve deleted the whole DVR config on my server and started from scratch, however this hasn’t solved the problem.
I’ve been experiencing this issue for the past few releases, roughly since June.
