Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Every time I add a new TV Show or Movie, I have to restart the Xbox One to get it to show up with art work and to get it to play. A new episode isn’t a problem, but completely new show or movie is.
If you quit the app and then reopen does it show up?
No, it requires a full restart of the xbox. Although, I’m not really sure how it’s possible to “quit” an app. There’s no way to kill an app on xbox (that I know of). Only thing I can do is switch to a different app so it’s not active anymore and then switch back.
go back to home screen, hit the menu button when having the plex tile selected, and hit quit. and then get back into plex. see if it shows up
Is Plex (the client) supposed to autorefresh whenever there is a change in the library, or does it only refresh when you change views etc? I think the refreshing seems a but unreliable and I’d love to see a manual refresh function.
Same goes for removing movies/shows in the client. You select delete, confirm, and nothing seems to happen. You have to manually back out of that show for it to refresh, and you can actually see that the item is gone. Not a big problem of course, but not great UX.

I can’t believe I didn’t see that before, thanks! It worked for refreshed the “watched” status at least. I’ll try it again when I add a new show.
Plex knows about this bug right?
