If I have the plex app open and add new files to my Video library on Plex, the main interface doesn’t ever update with those new files. For example. I go into my shows library and only have one file there so all it shows me is Show A under recently added. I then add a bunch of new files and delete Show A. The library home screen remains unchanged. Even if I delete Show A, it stays there. If I go into Browse it shows all my current files but if I exit back to the library home it remains unchanged.
And the only way I seem to be able to get this view to update is to completely exit Plex app and start it again.
You don’t mention if you tried pressing Refresh (F5). Doesn’t that update the content?
This is through the Xbox One App so there is no F5, it shows fine if I go through the web interface.
I also noticed this is just in the sub-library interface. if I go to the top level screen it does appear to update under “recently added home videos”. The problem is if I go specifically in to that sub-library through the left side menus, then it never updates, even hours later.
