New TV Shows Do Not Have Poster But Other Metadata Is Downloaded

I’m not exactly sure when this started but I’ve added 2 new TV shows to my Plex library this morning and all of the metadata pulls in just fine except any associated images do not. I found this below in the logs after I removed the shows from the library, emptied trash, cleaned bundles and re-added said shows. I’m not sure it’s finding the Info.xml file(s) correctly?

I’ve manually added some posters and refreshed the metadata to see if it deleted them but they appear to stay so I’m at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve seen this with movies over the last few days. It normally corrects itself later in the day.

Okay so ever since it worked once again it still will not pull in any pictures. What can I do? Thanks.

Oh, I see. Thanks for letting me know. Also, I don’t think you need to be passive aggressive about it. I don’t even know where those announcements are.

Let’s not jump to conclusions or prejudge flow.
The announcement he’s referring to is pinned at the top of the related forum and the forum’s “latest posts” section.

The newly released version 1.18.2.2058 is providing a first hotfix to address the issue. However it’s not yet a full fix – from what I read, they’re still depending on a fix from TheTVDB.com, fixing their broken APIs.
