Hi,
I unfortunately cant post logs etc, as i updated my Nvidia shield to the latest update of Plex on the app store, and suddenly my server has gone.
I cant reclaim anything, or even wipe it and set up a new server (which has occurred with every update of Plex on the Shield.) when logging into Plex through Chrome all I get is “Plex is not reachable”
When I go through windows edge, I can access my account but nothing about the servers at all. I am at a bit of a loss.
The only thing I can think of was potentially the update changed something fundamental that my server relied upon.
I have tried the following :-
- the usual off and on again
- checking wifi and antivirus
- wiping the updates off the shield and reinstalling them
- creating a new server on the shield
I am at a loss, when using an android device, connected on the same server I could access it until I wiped it, and now…
I am at a bit of a loss, if someone could give me a bit of advice, or what you need more information on (and possibly where to find it on the shield menus) please let me know.
