I am running a Plex Server on my Synology and sent an invitation request to my son (both via e-mail and using his Plex username). I gave him access to all libraries. He never received the e-mail from the e-mail request, but he did receive the e-mail using his Plex username. He accepted the request, but has not been granted access to the libraries on my server.
