New Verizon Router G3100, app.plex.tv is unable to connect securely

Went from Old Verizon Router G1100 to new G3100. Network is set to private but I am not sure what all I need to do in router settings to get PLEX to work. Everything works when I go back to old router but the settings are different so I can’t do a like for like easily.

G1100 had IPv6 disabled where G3100 has it enabled, the port forwarding looks different in the G3100 so I haven’t set anything up there yet. I hope someone can help me as I can’t access my database. Using Windows 10 Computer with database on the RAID hard drive inside it. not sure what to configure in the new router. any ideas?

Plex does not support remote connection using IPv6. If the router is only providing an IPv6 connection and not IPv4, it isn’t possible to get that working.

Figured out the problem. DNS Rebind was on and it needed to be disabled.
