They changed Plex. It is now awful. I used to love it. What happened to my songs and TV Shows.

Your songs can now be access via Plexamp.
Your TV Shows are still there but you may need to do a little bit of set on your (presumably) mobile app:
On your Home Screen tap and hold “Libraries” at the bottom of the screen and “favorite” your library/libraries.
If that doesn’t work, post again with which app you’re using (Android, iPhone) and the version of Plex Media Server you have installed.
The Plex amp only shows a fraction of the artists that used to be on Plex
When using Plexamp I can only browse artists in a particular category. If the artist i am looking for is not in that category (source) I need to figure out which it is in and then search. How can I search all my artists in the same place like i could when the music was on Plex?
Did you create several different music libraries?
Quickly switch libraries on the Home page, in the upper, left corner.
There is also Settings - Experience - Search all Libraries
Consider enabling that.
In general, you should not use different libraries for simple differences like style or genre. There are dedicated meta tags for that, which you can easily utilize in filters.
Only separate music which is harshly “incompatible” with each other, into different libraries. i.e. music which you probably never, ever want to hear within the same play queue.
