Newest Beta Dolby Vision Issue

I want to report sudden buffering issues when playing DV content. I noticed this problem only since some weeks or 1-2 months…
There are no obvious connectivity problems regarding my network.
Here are the details regarding my bug report:

[BUG] Sudden buffering when playing 4k Dolby Vision mkv on Nvidia Shield Pro (2019)

Client is: Plex for Android 8.11.0.22166-beta Shield Pro 2019 PMS: 1.21.1.3842 on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS Server Specs: i7 8700 hexacore, 128 GB RAM (hardware 4k transcoding incl tone mapping runs flawless!!!) Bug report When playing 4k Dolby Vision (e.g., dvhe.07.06) content (mkv) Plex suddenly starts buffering, after a while. There’s no particular point or time stamp in the file where it starts. The movie resumes but buffering starts after some seconds, again. Details I’m certainly aware of…
