Hate to beat a dead horse but both of these problems are still occurring

im so glad i found this topic i thought it was just me I’m very sick right now lol and my head barely works and I literally cried because all I can watch is crap late night tv and daytime garbage because it toons out the feeling I have all day and when plex stopped working correctly It bummed me out so MUCH I’m glad its a known issue now and will be fixed at some point without me having to stress its still really annoying the only thing i have found to fix it is to unmatch the show and let every epp change back to the date format with no info then match it and it scans everything super slow don’t know why and then when its done and every epp is in says the date under it i click match and in about 2 min everything is in the correct season and has info and the season 2020 gets deleted and everything is now in the correct spot. sorry for spelling and 0 punctuation lol. conan wont work for me as well and kimmel matches incorrectly and makes a new season then fixes itself and deletes the 2020 season and then goes to the right spot after a few min its very odd the it does the shuffle and deletion that it does and it does not always do it and just stays in the season 2020 folder then a few days go by and its fixed itself. but conan has not worked no matter what I do unless I unmatch and let it sit for a day then match again.

that is odd i have the newest version but i am defiantly still having the same issue even tho it says it was fixed hmm well im super bummed out again
I’ve got the same issue on 1.21.1.3830, Linux.
It’s getting kind of frustrating trying to handle my media when multiple shows just… stop working mid way and inconsistently match or don’t match episodes on a whim when I’m doing my best to match with PLEX’s naming scheme

Great to hear about a fix. The bug has reared its head again in Plex Media Server version 1.21.3.4021. For example, https://tvdb2.plex.tv/episodes/7975581?lang=en has the correct metadata, but PMS isn’t pulling the metadata despite matching the episode correctly.
