Newest Update Won't Launch

When trying to launch through the start menu, desktop shortcut , or directly clicking on the app in the file, it does not start and there’s no icon on the task bar. It shows as running in task manager and I can end task, start it up again and it boots up in task manager just not on screen.

I have:

-uninstalled and reinstalled with no success

-gone back to a previous version of the app (1.35.1.2632-c6783c78-x86_64) thanks to a link found on this forum, which did fix the booting problem but it was unable to connect with my computer library.

Unless I’m mistaken, that’s no PMS version but an installer of Plex HTPC (released in spring 2023).

If the server itself isn’t running, the desktop app won’t be able to see/access any libraries. Your server logs might contain a pointer on why it’s not been starting.
