Newly added shows not pulling metadata and artwork

I’ve noticed that new shows I’ve recently added to Plex will be discovered but they never pull down the metadata/artwork. Plex is also unable to match when I go to the show it just spins forever without any results.

After some reading in some other threads, I found the solution to delete the thetvdb cache located in:
Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Caches\com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb and restart Plex.

This resolves the problem temporarily but I’m having to perform this multiple times a week. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or maybe get thetvdb cache to auto update or refresh itself more frequently?
