As of a few days ago, none of my new media added to my library will populate the artwork. The metadata will be there but where there used to be multiple various posters to select, there are none. I have tried deleting the “com.plexapp.agents.themoviedb” cache folder everyone says to remove to fix this. This, however, does not work either. So I completely deleted my Plex Server and started from scratch with a clean install. Same issue. I tried reordering my agents as well, still no posters or artwork being found.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Nothing has changed with my setup, I did try renaming my files to the correct convention, with no success there either.
I appreciate any help.
