News shows not associate

Hi,

Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715
Ubuntu 20.04
Docker

When new show is detected, is not associate. I need to associate manually, And when I do it manually, no problem, first match is good.

I tried with others agents, but same problem.

Plex Docs → Your Media → Naming & Organizing Your TV Show Files

Try following the Plex naming convention a little closer.

  • Add the year to the show. There are multiple TV shows with “Halo” in the name. Adding the year helps Plex pick the correct show.
  • The TVDB/TMDB ID is optional, but tells Plex which exact show to match.
  • Use “Season” vs “Saison”
/series <-- folder added to TV show library
.../Halo (2022) {tvdb-366524}  <-- Show_Name (year); ID optional, helps matching
....../Season 01 <-- "Season" in English; two digits for season number
........./Halo (2022) - s01e01 - Contact.mkv <-- Show_Name (year) - sXXeYY - episode_name.ext
