I’m not sure if this is the best place to post this. Nor do I want this to be taken as or turn into a pitchfork type post.
I recently received an email with the subject Plex News. Great. I love reading those emails about updates to the platform. But this one was all about Tidal and was clearly marketing. And I’m even fine with receiving marketing emails, which are infrequent. I just don’t think it should be labeled “Plex News” if it is a marketing email, especially since that was previously announced end of November.
Wow I’m not alone. I was thinking the same…
I paid not for having commercial news.
Plex has been developped in order to stream local not internet media…
There so much to do for picture sharing, local artificial intelligence…
I also kind of had the same reaction but I am also trying to sit back and wait to see. I do like to see what is new with Plex. I am also trying to learn more about how the system works to be the most out of the product.
But if you want to be “to be the most out of the product” you have to PAY again tydal …
I’m disapointed because is so much time “lost” for so few people.
