Can we please just follow the same procedure that Netflix does when it comes to loading the next episode of a T.V. show? Currently, when an episode ends you not only have to wait for the episode to actually end (including credits), but then you have to wait an additional 10-15 seconds for the next episode.
I’m not a programmer, so I don’t understand the complexities that may come for this request to be implemented, but I’m not alone when I say how Netflix does it is best. Have the “Next Episode” button show up and load the next episode as the credits appear.
Now, I understand there is a request for continuous play without a time frame stopping it (2 hours I believe), but that is a different request. They are requesting that the continuous play never stops, but I am asking that there is no delay in between episodes. This would be a great improvement to the platform and I truly hope to see it be implemented. Thank you for building something like Plex. It’s been a fun journey learning all about it.
