My media isn’t listed on TMDB and plex is taking the information wrong. Can we please get nfo support?

So someone can change what you put in there later? I prefer to control my own metadata. I don’t enjoy the idea of it being able to be changed (or sometimes vandalized) by any random person. .nfo files give you that level of control.

Additional info perhaps, but not necessarily info I need or want. It’s true that I did scrape some info back in the day from TMDB and TheTVDB, but even that I edited to my needs. The way I do that may not suit others, so I just keep that stored locally. It comes down to a level of control.

The information is already there on tmdb and trakt but plex is unable to scape the details correctly. Many titles I have are sub versions and if I used the dub title it does not find the content. I don’t really want to keep track of dub titles and also original, as plex natively does not have alter…
