No 5.1 sound at Remote Smart TV?

Hello,

a remote Smart TV Sony Bravia W805C is accessing my Plex server. The Internet line has a capacity of 10 Mbit. 8 Mbit are permitted as streaming capacity. The picture quality is ok, but the sound is not transmitted as 5.1, but is downmixed to MP3 stereo or AAC stereo. Which transcoder settings do I have to make so that the remote TV also receives 5.1? Plex has the current version on the server and the TV. PMS is running a Synology DS1819 +.

Your screenshot says it’s only using 2 mbps for the video. In such a case, the surround sound is downmixed.
That way the ratio video:audio bitrate is kept within sane numbers.
