No Access to my Media as of last night

Player Version#:Web

  1. Plex Pass good till Feb 2023
  2. If I use any client, no media shows up
  3. If I go to Plex client app on Nvidia shield - no media show up
  4. Interesting - clicking on dashboards shows nothing. Cant see activity, even with my laptop logged into my server (theoretically…it may not be accessing server)
  5. Server is online - can access internet from other apps
  6. When I click on More (+) and click on ‘Your Media’ it says the infamous ‘add you media to plex’

What are the top x things to check for…thx

Did you by chance recently change your password and check the sign-out-all-devices option?
If so you’ll need to reclaim your server (open using the server’s local IP address, go to Settings > [Server Name] > General and click on the sign-in button).

Nothing changed, just stopped. I will check local logs

Additional facts…

  1. When I log into Plex from a remote device (phone, roku, laptop) I see the Icon i setup for my account and associate serber
  2. When I go to the dashboard icon it shows nothing. Just a blank menu item
  3. It is as though the server is not online…yet it is, it can see the outside world. No changes to network settings, firewalls, etc.
