Shane, talk with your Fiber provider regarding a static IP address. Once I received 1 from my fiber provider, I was able to access my server remotely.

Xfinity to GoNetSpeed, plex server not accessible

Recent convert from Xfinity to GoNetSpeed. I used to be able to access my Plex server from outside my network but now I can’t. I saw a couple of old, locked post regarding this same issue but I’m still uncertain of what the final solution is? Do I need to purchase a static IP from GoNetSpeed for this to work or are there specific settings I need to set in my server or Orbi router to for success?
