No art or backgrounds on smart tv

So, i’m accessing the local plex server on an old smart tv (AOC LE3255970-20) through its web browser by doing 10.0.0.102:32400/web/index.html, it works fine but art covers, backgrounds, thumbnails aren’t working (other metadata like summary, plot, subtitles, etc are working)

it works fine on my computer (mozilla firefox 74.0) , i couldn’t find a way to get the log so i took some pictures, sorry for the quality and angle but its legible, that is pretty much all the log without repetition.

sorry if this is in the wrong forum, any response will be appreciated.
