Hi all weird one here, but it’s really annoying me.
I have a new Hisense TV with Plex. Connected to server on same network. I cannot seem to get it to show artwork or pictures. I just get words. E.g instead of a cover art of “Dexter” I just get the words! No pictures at all from the server. I see artwork on the Plex TV tabs just not local.
So I have tried removing the device from the server, resetting the app, factory reset TV. All no luck. The metadata is there, it works everywhere else!
HELP!!
Ironically I believe it did work at first when I was having poor Wi-Fi connectivity
