No Assets appearing when trying to match media

I have recently had the issue when matching media, I have no assets appear at all apart from ‘Plex Movie’. This on both the dropdown on ‘Search Options’ and the ‘Auto Match’ dropdown.

I have never had this issue before, and it only started happening randomly, after no server updates or any other noticeable changes. All assets are ticked in the settings menus, and so they should be appearing as options.

How can I get the assets to reappear so that my media can be successfully matched?

This may also be related and have the same root cause, but when accessing the media options (the three dot menu on each file), there are no options to ‘Fix Match’, ‘Unmatch’ or ‘Match’.

I have the same problem, no match will be made on anything. I have even tried the id from thetvdb and still get no match.

Yep, been having the same problem since about 3pm yesterday (2/28/21).

I stopped and restarted the PMS on my NAS and it started working again.
