I am unable to get any matches now for my movies. All it says is No Matches Found. Additionally all my matches are gone. If there an issue with the matching? It was working fine yesterday and all my movie matches were. there.
Plex usually doesn’t behave this way…
Almost sounds like Plex had temporarily lost your media (in combination with automatic library scans and automatic emptying its trash this could explain why your existing matches got lost).
If you’re looking for some help you’ll need to provide some more detail – e.g. what version of Plex Media Server do you have installed and on what Windows version?
Any interesting / significant changes to the standard setup?
I have a similar problem, but only with some files.
i.e, I have downloadad Tushy Raw V4 (and I followed all the instructions of naming) and I cannot get a match using identification utility.

Why is it not updating the Metadata in Plex? is there some way to do it manually?

BTW: it happens with SOME adult titles only, for example it does not happen with Tushy Raw V3, which works fine.
