The sessions folder was empty, I added the subfolders, still no audio and the same error. Folder is accessible by the account that starts the Media Server.
Turning of transcoding and Direct Stream does not help and the same error occurs in the logs.
There is no Audio on any device, not my Headphones, not my Monitor and not my laptops speaker. I have tried everything in guides and forums, nothing helps.
Maybe an issue with my specific hardware? The Audio works fine in everything else but it is a fairly new iGPU.
