No audio in windows app on some not all videos after a reboot

i had rebooted my pc then my sound was gone. not all videos lost sound but a majority. i reinstalled the windows app the release and the beta multiple times checking what could be up. i checked the audio setting. i then use edge with plex-web and every video work fine. so its something to do with the app,. i would prefer to use the windows app over the web app any help please

Just looking at it won’t help. What did you find out about it? What are the current settings?
Did you upgrade your Windows 11 to the newest build 24H2?
