No Audio on Windows Player, but on WebPlayer

When I play the Video with the Windows Player it does not play the Audio (set on direct play) but when I play it on Plex Web it does… I dont like that as I like Windows Plex Player more.

Any hints on what I can do?

I have the same issue. Everything worked fine with Plex Media Player but Plex for Windows does not have audio for any videos.

Audio does not work for me since the release of Plex for Windows app and all its updates for about 30% of my video files.
The same videos have audio working on the previous iteration of the app called Plex Media Player for windows.
This is a massive bug that somehow has not been fixed after multiple updates of Plex for Windows.
