It seems I can’t select the desired audio as the options are disabled:
The server admin says it’s not in his server configuration regarding audio language options so what could it be?
Are you sure there is another audio track?
Edit - Also, is that Android? That looks like Web. Android doesn’t have a drop down arrow. It will just be yellow if there are more options.

I’m sure because the administrator has the option to choose between Japanese and English…
And it’s on both web and android phone.
Please double check that you are looking at the same file. Maybe the admin has 2 copies of that movie and you are looking at a different one. If the admin sees it, then the feature is working. There are no limitations for selecting tracks for shared users.
Ah, it’s a series and I see that episode 1 and 2 can be watched in Japanese (watched them at another platform first before it was added to Plex) and ep 3 and onwards are only available in English. Admin only checked the first episode so that’s why there is a confusion as to why I couldn’t see but it makes sense now. Admin checked only the first ep and me the latest. I haven’t checked it with Admin yet but I think this case can be closed.
