No audio since updating to pmp 2.47

Hello,

Long time user, first time I’ve had to post. I have a Windows 10 pc connected to a pioneer vsx-531 5.1 home theatre system connected to a Samsung tv. Using plex media player with audio setting to HDMI with no issues until the latest update. Suddenly I had no audio. played around in settings and switching to SPDIF/Optical fixes the problem for any 5.1 content (though in my mind this makes no sense as I am still connected via HDMI).

The trouble with this work around is any 2 channel stereo content I had still gives me no audio regardless of audio setting.

The web player and plex for windows both work on the same pc. The problem is localised to pmp

Is there a link to a repository of older versions so I can rollback this update? Unless someone can offer up any solution to this.

Play a stereo file, then press and hold the + key on your keyboard.

Well now I feel stupid. That worked. So that’s three volume controls I need to be aware of. Thanks. I’ll look out for the update that sorts the hdmi setting in the meantime at least everything works.
