No automatic matching of TV Shows on Plex

Player Version#: 4.46.2

So as you can see in the video, when I add a new show to Plex, it is not automatically matched, despite perfect naming, even after library refresh. I have to manually match it.

In this example, the folder is named “TV_Shows/Truth Seekers (2020)/Season 1/*”

It happens with me with the exact same TV Show. In my case it even refuses to match and download metadata although I have manually match it.
PS: I have also seen this behavior with the “The Looming Tower” Tv Show…must be TV show related problem

Thanks, for me it happens to every new shows I add to the library.

I would appreciate a reply from tech support, I understand the dev team is busy creating new features to widen its audience but hopefully you are not forgetting your paying customers?
