Plex not matching TV Shows anymore

Hi

I am hoping I could get someone to identify a recurring issues I have been having since moving my Data folder to a new drive recently

Since doing so, the matching function has been broken. Neither movies nor tv shows would match anymore (valid for auto and manual matching). Regardless of the agent selected, it wont load

It now works for movies but tv shows still wont match. When clicking on matching, nothing will load and " no matches found" appears immediately.
Looking at the logs, I am getting the following error: (see full logs attached)

Tried:

  • Several Plex versions (including downgrades)
  • Clean Bundles / Empty Trash / optimize database
  • Deleted plug in caches
  • Logs PMS.txt (401.0 KB) Checked naming and files structure (hasnt changed and used to work fine before moving the Plex Media Server folder)

I have seen several fixes discussed on this form but none seem to apply to me (FreeNas jails, etc…)

Would love to hear ideas :slight_smile:

Do not point Plex at your download folder. Scanning in-progress downloads will cause problems with matching.

Rename your files according to Plex standards - correct file naming, shows in individual folders, subfolders for each season.

Plex is exceptionally picky with TV show naming and structure. “It worked before” does not matter. At some point things will break.

Wrong:
G:\Downloadz\TV\Last.Chance.U.S03E02.Humble.Your.Pie.1080p.NF.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.x264-NTb

Correct:

/A TV Show Library  <-- Library points here.  Not in download folder.  
  /Last Chance U  <-- Each show in their own directory
    /Season 03  <-- subdirectory for each season
      /Last Chance U - s03e02.ext  <-- ext = mp4/mkv/etc.

Despite it being called Downloadz it is actually not my direct download folder, only complete files go in there

It doesnt work either on my other shows which are structured properly (renamed with sonarr)

Also the logs seem to point out to another problem
