Hi all,
First of all: I don’t know if this is the right catergory.
I have Plex installed as a Docker in OpenMediaVault 4 on a Raspberry Pi 4 and works perfectly. And I have Plex Pass.
My problem:
I have a lot of movies with seperate .srt subtitles files, no burned it subtitles. Via the Plex app on Windows and via broswer on pc, the substitles are automatically selected for each movie, but for the Android app it is not. Not even when Plex is fully up-to-date. I already have searched for a solution, nothing worked. The subs (.srt files) are in the same folders as the movies, and have Android app installed on smartphone and Tablet.
What I did found, but did not worked.

Settings in account and Plex Settings: Configure Language Settings, with the Shown with foreign audio and Always enabled options but nothing worked. Tried many combinations.

My language is Dutch, so are the subtitles. I even added NL to the subs like I found that it can help, but nope.
It’s strange that the WIndows 10 app and in broswer on pc does automatically select the subtitles which are in the same folder, but the Android apps on Smartphone and Tablet does not. In the Android app I must select them manually.
Is this a bug? Or did I missed something?
