I’ve had this issue in the past, but recently noticed the bandwidth graph has stopped working again. Can anyone at Plex comment on this?
My current setup is Ubuntu 20.04 running Plex Server 1.24.5.5173. The Plex server is behind an NGINX reverse proxy, only listening on port 443 and directing traffic to the public ip on port 32400. All works as expected, including streaming and what not, but the bandwidth graph does not move. This was an issue a couple years back, that I was able to resolve by proxying to the public ip instead of 127.0.0.1, but that no longer seems to matter.
I have had this same issue arise ever since a few days ago along with it not showing anything in the Now Playing (despite me watching currently).
I also am using plex 1.24.5.5173 that I have routed through NGINX reverse proxy, only listening on 443, that directs the traffic to the docker container for plex on port 32400.
If I access the server directly using the local IP and port 32400, so https://localip:32400, it will display the information properly.
Update: I managed to fix this for my issue by going into Nginx Proxy Manager and enabling Websockets Support. I saw no one mention this when I was setting it up.
OP, have you tried that already? If not then hopefully someone else can help you out.
