I have a PMS on ubuntu 20.04 and I try to setup LIVE TV. I have WINTV-dualHD conected and it is recognize by plex server. I’m from Romania and I connect cable TV from RDS cable provider. When I try to Setup Plex DVR, I select language Romania, fill in XMLTV link and when I click CONTINUE a screen appear with a clock showing 12:00 and with a button “SCAN CHANNELS”…i press to scan and a progress bar apear replacing that clock, jumping from 7-10% to 15-30…up to 100% in less than 2 min…after that a big message appear: “No channels found. Make sure your device has a signal from your antenna and try scanning again.”…and that is all!!! I try different version of PMS, different country (Hungary, France)…I follow all instructions from Hauppauge and other found over the net…no changes…Please HELP!!!

i used this tuner on popOS, as i recall you need to add a repo and grab drivers.

it could be a analog v digital thing. as i recall wiring my cable to my dualHD only yielded the first 20 or so channels. my cable requires a cablecard/set top box though.
